We apologize to everyone who has tried to reach out to us. I have been dealing with health issues and have not kept up the website or social media. Our contact information did change during this time, and it is now updated at the bottom of the page. I am currently not creating class schedules, but I am still teaching classes. You can sign up for a one on one, or bring a group of friends. This is more flexible for many people due to work and time constraints. TERMS & CONDITIONS
OUR RESERVATION POLICY:

Our online booking will be up and running soon. Until then, we ask that you call us to book a class and to ask any questions you may have.
​
Reservations for each class are required, we do not allow walk-ins. Please do not bring a guest that is not registered as space is limited. We ask that you book 3 days before a class is scheduled to begin. This allows us time to gather needed resources and make sure that we are ready for your class.
​
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled; those who have registered will be notified within 24 hours of the scheduled class time by email. You can then choose to reschedule, or we will fully refund your payment.

REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS:
​
**NO REFUNDS** All sales and services are final. We do require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Notices after the 24-hour advance must include an emergency that can be verified to receive your credit. All others who do not provide 24-hour notice or are a “NO SHOW” will NOT receive a credit, and no refund will be given.
​
We do know things happen and you may not be able to attend on the scheduled night we will be happy to provide you with a store credit that never expires and is good for another class with 24-hour notice. “NO SHOWS” will not receive credit or a refund.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY:

We do ask for customer consent to use credit card payments for purchase. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card and helps prevent and charge backs without just cause. It also helps you reduce your risk of fraudulent charges. This consent applies to payments online or on mobile devices for services and products, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Memory Lane Glassworks online account. By making a payment you agree to this consent.

OUR HOSPITALITY:

You are welcome to bring snacks and whatever kind of beverage you would like to enjoy. You can even BYOB on select nights, we are here for fun after all! We do ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to set up your drinks and snacks, sign in, and find your seat.
​
We can provide Ice, plastic cups, a wine opener, and a place to keep drinks cold. We just ask that you drink responsibly and mind your manners so everyone can have a good time. Our BYOB is intended for those 21 years and older only and is for Glass & Sip Classes classes only.

WHAT TO WEAR:
​
It is preferable to wear older clothing that you do not mind getting stains on as several tools we use can get slightly messy.
​
You must wear CLOSED TOED SHOES, this helps avoid any injury to your feet from falling tools, falling glass, or glass slivers.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

We ask that you inform us of any health-related issues that you may have, specifically with bleeding. These are classes that use glass, and you will get cut. It is just part of the job. We can handle most cuts or knicks you could receive but keeping us informed helps us, help you.
